Greece is a dream destination and the birthplace of Western civilization. It attracts people with its crystal-clear seas, breathtaking mountains, and a relaxed lifestyle.

Greece’s Golden Visa is a special residence permit issued through a government investment program. An investor and their family receive residency in exchange for investing in real estate, government bonds, a Greek business, or a bank deposit.

Holding a Golden Visa does not require you to live in the country or pass a Greek language exam. The permit is renewed every 5 years, and can be extended for as long as the investor wishes, as long as the property remains in their ownership.
